Privacy policy

Laetena (Entreprise individuelle (auto-entrepreneur / micro-entreprise), [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE À COMPLÉTER], France) is the data controller for personal data collected through Planify, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details: name, email, phone number (user account, appointment booking)
  • Appointment and availability data you or your clients provide
  • Billing data, processed by our payment provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — Planify never stores your card details
  • Technical analytics data (see our cookie policy), only after consent

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to: provide the service (contract performance), manage billing (legal obligation), secure the service (legitimate interest — anti-bot and rate-limiting protection), and, with your consent, improve the product through audience measurement.

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as you use the service, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account deletion, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies (e.g. accounting records).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. You can export or delete your data from your account settings, or contact us at contact@laetena.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).

International transfers

Our processors are located in France or the European Union; where applicable, any transfer outside the EU is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
