Terms of sale
These Terms of Sale apply to the paid Planify Pro subscription, sold by Laetena (Entreprise individuelle (auto-entrepreneur / micro-entreprise), SIRET 890 629 587 00027).
Article 1 — Price and subscription
The current price of the Pro plan is shown on the Pricing page, in euros. The subscription is monthly, with no minimum commitment, and renews automatically until cancelled.
Article 2 — Payment
Payment is charged monthly by card through our provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., which handles secure transaction processing. Laetena never stores card data.
Article 3 — Right of withdrawal
Under French consumer law, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once performance of the service has fully begun with the consumer's agreement; activating Pro features constitutes such agreement. If unused, you have 14 days to withdraw by contacting contact@laetena.com.
Article 4 — Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no pro-rata refund.
Article 5 — Price changes
Laetena may change Pro plan pricing; subscribers are notified before any change takes effect for their next billing cycle.
Article 6 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use consumer mediation (see the legal notice).
