These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Planify, a service published by Laetena. By creating an account, you accept these Terms of Use in full.
Article 1 — Purpose
Planify is a platform for managing availability and online appointment booking for freelancers and small teams.
Article 2 — Access to the service
Access requires creating an account with a valid email address. The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided and is solely responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.
Article 3 — Plans
A free plan (limited features and team size) and a paid Pro plan are available; pricing details are on the Pricing page and in the Terms of Sale.
Article 4 — User obligations
The user agrees not to use the service for fraudulent purposes, not to circumvent security measures (anti-spam, rate limiting), and to respect third-party rights, in particular when collecting their own clients' data through their booking pages.
Article 5 — Availability and liability
Laetena takes reasonable steps to ensure the service is available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted continuity. Laetena cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the service.
Article 6 — Termination
Users may delete their account at any time from their settings. Laetena may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these Terms.
Article 7 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the competent French courts.
